After more than a decade in leadership development and business management, I decided to take my own advice: listen to your gut and embrace change. Stepping out of my comfort zone became the catalyst for my transformation.
Now, I combine my professional coaching experience with everything I’ve learned on my own journey to health and well-being, guiding others to move well and breathe well to feel better and live more fully.
As a Certified Oxygen Advantage® Advanced Instructor, EBFA Barefoot Specialist®, and qualified yoga instructor, I bring a wealth of knowledge to my coaching practice. My methods are backed by years of teaching clients and continuous learning, including the Pose Method of running, Natural Movement and Anatomy Trains.
I’ve explored various endurance running events, outdoor sports and cold water swimming. I integrate my personal experiences with proven techniques to guide you toward optimal health, performance, and resilience in both sport and life.

I know what it's like to feel stuck, stressed, and worn out - I've been there.
At the peak of my career as a leader and coach, I found myself burned out and disengaged. This realisation became the catalyst for a life-changing journey.
I cycled, self-supported, from Belgium to India, immersing myself in nature. I lost weight, got fit, and let go of stress. But I was left wondering: do we really need to escape modern life to feel this good?
This question has driven me ever since and led me to explore movement, sport, breathing, mindfulness, and cold exposure. I also dove into learning how the human body evolved and what’s essential for our health and happiness. What I’ve discovered - and what I now help others realise - is that living well doesn’t have to be complicated or time-consuming. It begins with reestablishing a foundation of health and living more in alignment with our fundamental needs. From here we can excel and perform in whats important to us.
