If we embark on a long term partnership, you also gain access to support via WhatsApp Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm between sessions.

Online Sessions:
Online sessions provide the same high level of personalised attention and effectiveness, regardless of your location. Before we begin, I’ll ensure you’re set up to maximise the benefits of our virtual sessions.
In-Person Sessions:
Perfect for those who prefer face-to-face interaction and hands-on guidance. Sessions can be conducted at my studio in Wortel, Belgium, or at a convenient location in and around the Antwerp area. Please note, a supplement for travel may apply.
