Breath training
For people stuck in a cycle of shallow breathing.
In 6 weeks, learn how to restore a healthy, functional breathing pattern. Understand how your breathing works and its direct influence on your mental and physical health.
In this program, you will:
Re-establish a relaxed, slow, and regular unconscious breathing pattern
Learn how to manage breathlessness before it escalates to feelings of anxiety and overwhelm
Calm your mind, reducing stress and anxiety, and increasing resilience
Improve quality of sleep, fall asleep more quickly and learn how to manage feeling restless
Clear your airways, reducing nasal congestion and strengthening breathing muscles
Learn how to use your breath to increase focus and mental clarity
Do you struggle with the following?
Your breathing feels shallow, stuck in your chest, or requires extra effort.
You often feel like you can’t take a deep, satisfying breath.
Your breathing is audible even at rest.
Your nose is frequently blocked or stuffy, no matter the season.
You experience ongoing anxiety, stress, or irritability with no clear cause.
Constant fatigue leaves you with low energy throughout the day.
Falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking up rested is a struggle.
The good news? You can eliminate these issues simply by retraining your breathing. Here’s how it works:
If your breathing is shallow, fast, or irregular, your body signals stress—even when there’s no real danger. Over time, this “false alarm” becomes your new normal, leading to anxiety, stress, poor sleep, low energy, muscle tension, inflammation, and a weakened immune system.
But here’s the key: simply practicing calm breathing isn’t enough. Shallow breathing lowers your tolerance to carbon dioxide, which plays a key role in your urge to breathe. If your body stays sensitive to CO₂, you remain stuck in a cycle of short, inefficient breaths—often feeling like you can’t get enough air.
This is where my approach goes beyond relaxation techniques or yoga classes. I help you retrain your breath by focusing on proper breathing mechanics and CO₂ tolerance—creating real, lasting change.
What’s Included in the Trajectory?
-
We start with a detailed evaluation of your breathing patterns, carbon dioxide tolerance, and perception of breathlessness—key indicators of your overall breathing health. Combined with a health and lifestyle questionnaire you complete before the session, this assessment helps us identify your main areas for improvement. These insights form the foundation of your 6-week program.
