Program Overview: Structure and Pricing

Core Program Structure and Pricing: One-on-One

My coaching programs follow a structured approach to ensure impactful and lasting change. Here’s a clear breakdown of the pricing and structure:

  • Free Consultation (30 mins):
    Take the opportunity to explore whether my services are a good fit for you and get answers to any questions you may have.

  • Core Program For New Clients (6 sessions):
    This program includes an initial extended session of 1.5 hours and five subsequent sessions of 1 hour each. Sessions will be scheduled at a frequency optimised for your situation to ensure the best results.

    Total Price: €520 (6.5 hrs total coaching, 80€/hr)

  • Subsequent Sessions For existing Clients:
    As our partnership progresses, additional sessions are available either individually or as packages to continue meeting your evolving needs and goals.

    Individual 1hr session: 90€
    5 sessions of 1hr: 400€ (80€/hr)
    10 sessions of 1hr: 750€ (75€/hr)

Group Coaching

For those seeking a more cost-effective option, group coaching is available, providing a balance of personalisation and affordability. This is also a viable option for small

  • Core Program for 2 People:
    Price: €780 (60€ p.p. per hr)
    Includes the initial extended session and five subsequent sessions for two participants.

  • Core Program for 3 People:
    Price: €975 (50€ p.p. per hr)
    Includes the initial extended session and five subsequent sessions for three participants.

Online or In-Person

I offer coaching services both online and in person to accommodate your preferences and needs:

  • Online Sessions:
    Online sessions provide the same high level of personalised attention and effectiveness, regardless of your location. Before we begin, I’ll ensure you’re set up to maximise the benefits of our virtual sessions.

  • In-Person Sessions:
    Perfect for those who prefer face-to-face interaction and hands-on guidance. Sessions can be conducted at my studio in Wortel, Belgium, or at a convenient location in and around the Antwerp area. Please note, a supplement for travel may apply.
